About The Circle

Our Story

Founded in 2020,  by Ernestine, The Adura Circle began as a virtual prayer gathering created to keep the NYC Lukumí community connected during the pandemic. Since then, it has evolved into a sacred digital space dedicated to inspiration, spiritual reflection, shared wisdom, and community care.

The Circle brings together respected voices, elders and curious seekers from across the diaspora for grounded  conversations and collective growth.

Through weekly gatherings, teachings, and archival conversations, The Adura Circle continues to preserve oral traditions while creating meaningful spiritual connection in a modern world.
